Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TATOceramika purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at tatoceramika@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in glaze, color, and texture are not considered defects and do not qualify as grounds for return. Each piece is unique — this is what makes it special.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
