Really pleased with my new sink. It arrived a couple of days late but I think that was more to do with my location. When I queried it with the seller he was very prompt in helping me and in the event it arrived soon after, but it was NOT due to the seller. I’d definitely recommend.
Ordered and waited for sink to come. The best thing about the experience was the delivery. Was packaged great and came well within the dedicated times. Unfortunately the sink was dreadfully glazed. It was covered in pinholes and what had obviously been blisters all around the bowl and rim! It looked rushed. When I declined partial refunds, the seller became rude towards me.
I loved it! It's beautiful and looks great. A handmade piece adds quality and distinction to the space. I recommend it 100%

The sink was ordered. Communication was only established after the delivery deadline had already expired and I asked where my goods were. However, Tomek always only replied after days. Then I was suggested a sink that didn't correspond to the picture at all. Then it was said that the blank for a new one had to be ordered first (all over a month after the delivery deadline). Then two sinks of matching color and shape were made and shown to me with a photo. When I had decided on one but suggested compensation for the far too long waiting time, Tomek didn't hear back from me. A few days later (more than 2 months after the stated delivery time) the sink arrived without any comment. We are not satisfied, bad service.

I bought some enamel sinks and they are as beautiful as I had imagined...or more! They came extremely well protected so that they were not damaged in transport. The only problem was that after the estimated delivery date without receiving them, I contacted the seller and he told me that they had not been sent yet due to some difference with the carrier. They left right after contact and arrived within the estimated time. The seller was very kind and agile in the response and solution!
