I was so excited for my handmade sink, the pictures looked beautiful. But we ran into several issues.
First off we ordered and knew it would take about 8 weeks, I sent a few emails asking for shipping updates and received nothing by back.
Then 16 weeks later finally they sent an email, saying it would be sent… then silence again, they didn’t end up shipping it till I sent another email, and when it finally arrived it was completely shattered. It was very poorly packaged. I just asked for a refund, due to how long it took to get to us in the first place we didn’t want to wait any longer. (Although the sink pieces looks nice)
I have yet to hear anything from them after sending pictures of the broken sink, so we have no refund and a broken sink at this point. So so sad to have had this issue since most reviews were so positive.

A shattered sink on arrival due to poor packaging is completely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologise for the stress and frustration this caused.
